How do we contact you?

How long do pre-orders take to ship out?

Usually it takes about 2 months for the items to be made and shipped out. However, at times it can be around 3 months. If you've made a pre-order in January or February it will most likely be 3 months as our manufacturer has most of February off to celebrate Chinese New Year with their loved ones. Please note that if you make a pre-order purchase with an in-stock item, they will be shipped together as the shipping charge was calculate for them to shipped like this. If you'd like your in-stock item to be shipped right away, please order them separately. 

 

Do you take returns/exchanges?

All sales are final, but you can request an exchange due to sizing issues within 20 days of package receiving date. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for all exchanges. Please contact us via email blackwoodcastleclothing@gmail.com for all exchange requests.  

Please note that all items on sale are final sale, therefore there are no exchanges/credit given on those. 

 

Why are your prices only in USD?

At this time, Blackwood Castle operates in USD because our store does not use Shopify Payments, which is required to enable a currency switcher on Shopify. We have explored various third-party solutions, but unfortunately, all of them depend on Shopify Payments to function.

While we understand that shopping in your local currency would be more convenient, international customers can still check out using their preferred payment method, and the total will be automatically converted by their bank or payment provider at the current exchange rate.

What are the washing instructions?

Machine wash cold with like colours, hang dry. 

 

What currency are your prices in?

All prices listed as in USD. 

 

What shipping options do you provide?

For customers in Canada and the United States you may choose from two shipping options; standard or expedited. We now include tracking for all orders to the United States and the international countries supported. The estimated time of delivery will be provided during checkout so you can choose the option that best suits your needs. 

Blackwood Castle is based out of Canada, so at this time we are limited to use Canada Post for shipping. However, when Shopify does support additional third parties for shipping such as FedEx, and DHL we will most certainly consider providing this as additional options for you. 

 

Are duties included in the price?

You are responsible to pay any duties or taxes on items purchased, if applicable. 

 

When will you have more items for purchase?
