How do we contact you?

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. If you would like to make a purchase, but live in another country please let us know as we work to add more countries. Do you take returns/exchanges?

All sales are final, but you can request an exchange due to sizing issues within 20 days of package receiving date. Please contact us via email blackwoodcastleclothing@gmail.com for all exchange requests.  

 

What are the washing instructions?

Machine wash cold with like colours, hang dry. 

What currency are your prices in?

All prices listed as in USD. 

What shipping options do you provide?

For customers in Canada and the United States you may choose from two shipping options; standard or expedited. We now include tracking for all orders to the United States and the international countries supported. The estimated time of delivery will be provided during checkout so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

Blackwood Castle is based out of Canada, so at this time we are limited to use Canada Post for shipping. However, when Shopify does support additional third parties for shipping such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL we will most certainly consider providing this as additional options for you. 

Are duties included in the price?

You are responsible to pay any duties or taxes on items purchased, if applicable. 

When will you have more items for purchase?
