Refunds & Exchanges
Use the form below to submit a refund or exchange request. You will need your order number (from your confirmation email) and the email address used at checkout.
Requests must be submitted within 20 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
Please include a note inside your return package with your order number and full name.
After submitting the form, please email us at hello@blackwoodcastle.com to begin your return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
For US customers:
We cover return shipping for your first exchange on one item. Additional exchanges or multiple-item exchanges require the customer to cover return shipping.
For all other customers, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for eligible items that meet our return conditions.
To request a refund, submit the form above within 20 days of delivery and include the reason for your request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Sale and final sale items are not eligible for refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or qualifies for a US first-exchange shipping exception
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns
