Start a Return

We hope you love your Blackwood Castle pieces. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 20 days of delivery.

All returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Free from signs of wear, damage, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, or other marks
• Returned with all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to an additional cleaning or restocking fee.

United States

Eligible US orders may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 20 days of delivery.

Checkout+

US customers have the option to purchase Checkout+ at checkout. Checkout+ provides free return shipping and waives applicable handling fees on eligible refunds, exchanges, and store credit returns.

• If you purchase Checkout+: Return shipping and applicable handling fees are covered for eligible refunds, exchanges, and store credit returns.
• If you do not purchase Checkout+: You may still return eligible items, but the applicable return shipping/handling fee shown in our Returns Portal will apply.

Checkout+ does not override our return eligibility requirements or final sale policies.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size or variant of the same item. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Store Credit

Customers who choose store credit will receive a 5% bonus on the eligible return value.

For example, an eligible $100 return will receive $105 in store credit.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns (Outside the US)

Eligible international orders may be returned for a refund or store credit within 20 days of delivery.

International exchanges are not available.

International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping to our US warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Blackwood Castle is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

International Refunds

A 3% handling fee is deducted from the eligible return value.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Store Credit

Customers who choose store credit:

• Do not pay the 3% handling fee
• Receive a 5% bonus on the eligible return value

For example, an eligible $100 return will receive $105 in store credit.

International customers remain responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

All items purchased on sale are considered final sale.

Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Any additional return restrictions displayed on the product page at the time of purchase also apply.

The Returns Portal will display the return options available for your order and provide the applicable return instructions.

Returns sent to us without first being initiated through our Returns Portal will not be accepted.

Return Processing

Returns are reviewed after they arrive at our warehouse. Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund or store credit will be processed.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for refunds to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

Incorrect or Defective Items
