We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, please note:

  • Fabric textures, finishes, and weight may vary slightly between production runs

  • Measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly

Blackwood Castle does not guarantee that product descriptions, photos, or other content are entirely error-free.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • Taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund an order

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

4. Orders, acceptance & cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not considered accepted until they are confirmed by Blackwood Castle.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Inventory or production issues

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

  • Errors in product listings or pricing

If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded the amount paid.

5. Preorder items

Certain items may be sold as pre-orders.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Fulfillment timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, or factors beyond our control

  • Pre-order items are produced specifically for your order

6. Shipping & delivery

Shipping timelines provided at checkout or elsewhere on the site are estimates only.

Blackwood Castle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, or other external factors. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which is available on our website. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Returns Policy, the Returns Policy will control.

8. Sizing & fit disclaimer

Sizing charts are provided as a general guide only. Fit may vary depending on body shape, garment design, and intended styling.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review sizing information carefully before placing an order. Fit preference or dissatisfaction alone does not constitute a defect.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
