Shipping Policy

We are a Canadian brand and ship worldwide from our fulfillment warehouse in the United States.


Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made to order and require additional production time before shipment.

Pre-orders typically take approximately 2 months to be produced and shipped. During certain periods, production may take up to 3 months.

Please note that pre-orders placed in January or February may require the full 3-month production window, as our manufacturing partner closes for most of February in observance of Chinese New Year.

Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

If you place a pre-order together with an in-stock item, both items will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready. Shipping rates are calculated for a combined shipment.

If you would like your in-stock item to ship immediately, please place it as a separate order.


Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide from the United States.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, selected shipping method, and the size and weight of the items in your order. Orders containing multiple items or oversized products may incur higher shipping costs.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
